Job Purpose:
A driven and detail-oriented International Business Development Associate to support our global expansion initiatives. This role is key in identifying and researching potential leads, cultivating strategic relationships, and coordinating communications across international markets. You will provide critical market insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful marketing materials, and ensure process consistency and integrity. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to represent our brands at external events, contributing to the growth and visibility of Minor Food on a global stage.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective business leads, proactively reaching out and professionally introducing our brands.
- Partner Due Diligence: Conduct thorough assessments to validate potential partners and ensure alignment with our business standards.
- Communication & Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and prospective clients, responding promptly to inquiries and facilitating seamless collaboration.
- Marketing Collaboration: Develop high-quality advertising and informational materials supporting market entry and expansion strategies while collaborating with internal teams.
- Repository Management: Organize and update an online repository of business development tools, processes, and documentation, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze Food & Beverage market data across multiple regions, sharing insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Business Case Support: Assist the commercial function in building and validating business cases, leveraging relevant data to inform recommendations.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent the organization at business meetings, events, and conferences, networking effectively and promoting our brands’ values.
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 5-10 years of experience in business development (F&B or retail franchise concepts preferred), operations, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of clearly conveying ideas to diverse audiences.
- Result-driven mindset, with a strong focus on performance and measurable outcomes.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Competence in processing and aggregating data to support insights and recommendations.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in business processes.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, plus at least one additional language.
