Job Description
Job Purpose:
Assist the Marketing Manager in leading and coordinating all delivery marketing initiatives to drive sales growth across Burger King’s internal platforms and third-party aggregators, while strengthening brand visibility and customer engagement in the delivery channel.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Delivery Marketing Programs
Implement monthly and quarterly promotion plans with measurable KPIs for the delivery channel.
Review, optimize, and report on campaign performance across delivery platforms (Burger King app, Grab, LINE MAN, etc.).
Coordinate new product launches and bundle offerings specifically for delivery customers.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Finance, Purchasing, and Digital teams to align promotions and campaigns.
Partner with external delivery platforms to co-create marketing activities and maximize ROI.
Campaign Planning and Budget Control
Support the Marketing Manager in planning the delivery marketing calendar and promotional mix.
Track spending, ensure cost-effectiveness, and assist in monthly reporting and budget allocation.
Performance Monitoring
Monitor sales, customer trends, and performance metrics by platform and campaign.
Provide data-driven insights and assist in strategic planning to enhance delivery channel performance.
Supplier and Agency Coordination
Liaise with creative, digital, and media agencies for artwork, communication, and digital performance campaigns.
Coordinate with suppliers for promotional materials and campaign executions specific to the delivery channel.
Store and Market Support
Assist with marketing material creation and store briefing for national and local delivery activations.
Provide insights for store-level delivery performance and recommend improvement actions for underperforming locations.
Competitor & Market Analysis
Regularly track competitor activities and delivery market trends.
Provide inputs for LSM (Local Store Marketing) and digital media strategy development.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
Prepare campaign recap reports and insights for internal reviews.
Support Marketing Manager in presentations, market studies, and project tracking.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on digital or delivery marketing.
Experience working with aggregators or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
